I've just signed up to TZ, but while I'm waiting for approval, I know there are a lot of knowledgeable guys on here.
I've just bought this 1957 Omega, 15.6 million serial with a calibre 267 movement: *link removed*
I probably should have found out first, but how easy will it be to source/replace the 9 on the dial? Were the crowns signed in this era, or is it a replacement?

You can also try thewatchforum for friendly advice on vintage watches
I have a 1964 Omega with the 269 movement, and it has the signed crown. Your's may be a replacement, but that isn't uncommon with old manual wind watches. Apart from finding another dial to swap bits with you will struggle to find a correct 9 - their watchmaker did!
If you don't like it you can return it under the UK consumer laws - notify them in 14 days and return withing the next fourteen and they must give you a refund, but they may deduct a reasonable amount for post and packing if the watch is not as described
