Looking at upgrading my Current Date just to one of these, I know it's slightly garish but I only rarely wear my expensive watch and I like it smile

Seems a good price for the year, anyone any experience of this dealer ?

I have only used Miltons in Chester in the past.

I think that looks stunning - classic design with a bit of gold to 'lift' its appearance, but still very tasteful. I also like the Blue TT Subs. Sticking to 40mm keeps the subtlety.

Very nice , bit too bling for me . I love the steel with the black dial. Just a traditionalist. Plus i cannot stretch to a bi metal.

Prefer it on a GMT. It I still do really like the bi metal with black face/bezel.

I shall go and have look at a GMT and a Sub then, the last sub I tried was a too large (I have girl wrists), which is why the Oyster Datejust is a tad better for me, although I have not tried a GMT.

Thanks.

You should try out a pre ceramic Sub or GMT. The same 40mm width, but the case isn't as chunky and wears smaller on the wrist than the current maxi case designs.

Bunglesprout is spot on, the bracelet quality on the non ceramic versions however is not as good as current models.

The good news is they are cheaper for this reason and if you rarely wear it could be nice on a leather strap. I like the blue dial on the sub but have never been keen on the TT Rolex oyster bracelet. There's something about them to me that shouts out scrap metal dealer.
