The better half would like to go and buy one on Saturday morning.

Where is the best place to buy and should I feel ashamed with haggling?

Harrods fine jewelry rooms has it's own Cartier boutique- in my experience they often hold more stock than many of the external Cartier boutiques.

They should have the love bracelet in all sizes from 16 up to 21/22- at least in yellow gold, rose/white might not be all the sizes but will still be a good selection.

Other than that, there are 3-4 Cartier boutiques in London. The Cartier jewelry is separate from the watches so you won't find it in the watch AD's, need to go to one of the boutiques.

They don't discount the love/juste un clou at all so you won't get anything off the list price.
