Sinn Titanium deployment clasp

The clasp keeps springing open, it appears the mechanism is worn or needs adjusting. Is there any way this can be repaired.

There are 2 screws that are tiny, even smaller than the screws required for the lugs

Any advice would be appreciated, otherwise its ££ for a replacement
