Having owned one of these Lagunare models before (the non-limited edition version) some 5 years ago, I instantly regretted selling it and started searching for another. At the time I then realised that Glycine made a limited edition version of the watch, which sold out. I have literally been on the hunt for this LE version ever since, scouring the internet, watch forums and eBay for this model. There are 200 of these worldwide and I managed to get number 99/200.
The LE version has a more simple black face and is officially certified. Comes with a great wooden case, strap instrument and another leather strap.I really do prefer these earlier watches to the latest stuff they do, as they sort of look more classic.
Just recently picked this up from Italy. I absolutely adore this watch, feels great on the wrist and the quality feels like it is worth 10 times the price. Photos courtesy of my son...

Fantastic piece! Glycine are an incredibly understated brand, with a build quality and specification that usually exceeds the price of their watches. Up until recently, they were one of the few remaining independent watch makers in Switzerland, but they've now been bought out by Invicta ... which is a bit ... disappointing!
Enjoy it!

That is very nice. I agree with your view on the designs. Ten years ago or so Glycine went through a great period in terms of their designs. Your watch has more than a hint of compressor-style / IWC Aquatimer about it with the 2 crowns and internal bezel.I had a Lagunare 3000 Ltd Edition until earlier this year (long story) - lovely design but a heck of a size. I have a few Glycine spare bits hanging around that I will need to dispose of. I'm happy to discuss via PM if there's any interest (hopefully this isn't against forum rules) or they'll be off to eBay shortly.
