Selling from Uk to USA

Anyone know if there are restrictions selling to the USA?

I have a few old vintage tudor/rolex parts lying in a drawer but seem to recall there being restrictions on import to the USA. ISTR cases where Rolex had prohibited import so parts had to be posted as 'sent for repair' or some such.

I don't want to sell globally on ebay if they're gonna be impounded at customs.

Or is my memory shot?
