Sorry if this has been asked recently - the wonderful PH search uncovers a couple of threads from years back.
So, after a tritium watch, looked at traser, ball and the usual suspects then found Nite.

I like their “story”, the fact it’s a uk brand is nice. prices seem fine for what they are.
Am I missing something? Should I look elsewhere.
Thoughts?

Several people in work have them, some of them for quite a few years and they all seem happy with them. They've been on my radar for some time, but I've never got round to buying one.

Mrs langtounlad and I each have one, their HO is near us in Christchurch. We've had them for a few years and they have been very reliable. Don't get a rubber strap version as they don't last. Night time illumination feature is excellent. Any other questions just ask.

Thank you both.

I’m pretty much decided on a hawk. I’ve got a few big seikos and other large-ish divers but never had one of these carbon reinforced (plastic) bodied watches before. I presume it will be lightweight?

Mine is solid stainles steel with the steel bracelet, it's significantly heavier than, for example, my Submariner.

My MD & FD bought me a Nite ICON-209S T100 as a 'thank you' for having an epic month a couple of years ago. We'd been looking at them some months previously and my MD recalled I liked it - it was a really nice touch as it was so completely unexpected. It's actually the one I choose to wear on a daily basis, very comfy, very accurate and it reminds me daily that I'm valued by the people I work for.

I'd recommend them no problem at all, I'm really pleased with mine!

I've had a Traser Outdoor Pioneer for 3 years as a daily / work watch. Can't fault it, light, robust, excellent lume, faultless timekeeping and the silicon strap is perfect with no tears and showing minimal signs of wear.

I wear it at the gym, in the sauna, steam room, pool and during work in some pretty horrid conditions and it has performed faultlessly in the time I've owned it.

you also get a discount if you work for the NHS / police / military.
