Gucci Womans watch repair
Discussion
We had 2 problems with Gucci.
1. The watch was no longer in production and no parts (it was not that old). They offered a replacement which whilst ok it was not the same watch (was bought for a special occasion)
2. The replacement watch was sent in a bubble wrap envelope (no box or anything) which when opened was empty.. this then lead to a 4 week long argument with them where they finally agreed to send a second replacement. Still in a bubble wrap envelope.
HTH!

Just wanted to thank Rigga The Mighty for sourcing parts and repairing my wife’s watch.
Very very reasonable cost and super fast turn around (sent the watch on Tuesday and fixed and returned on Friday). All comms done over email and updates all the way.
Nice addition of a new battery and packaged very well when returned to me.
I won’t hesitate in the future to use and thourouhly recommend.
Thanks again!

Just to confirm this is the g on the face or the g that forms part of the case?
Unfortunately it would seem that a replacement watch isnin order however if I were you I would complain to Gucci themselves (online rather than in store).
All sorted thanks to Rigga, it was the G which makes up part of the face. I reckon my wife maybe knocked it off by accident so not Gucci’s fault, cheers Unfortunately it would seem that a replacement watch isnin order however if I were you I would complain to Gucci themselves (online rather than in store).

They are only held on by one little pin and lots of glue.
Its something Ive cone across many times, with several of the “G” models.
Its just a shame that their first response to any older watch is to offer you a new watch at discount.
