Fancied one of these for a while and even though I'd have preferred a blue dial, my local Goldsmiths offered me an awesome deal on this bad boy:

It comes with a nice Nato in the box and I suspect it'll look great on it.

Happy new watch day to me!

So tell me...what's the point of the red 5-10 on the 9pm sub-dial?

Nice, how much did you manage to get it for?

I’ve had the black face with the grey sub dials for many years and had a full refurb at Rolex last year (not that expensive).

However, I’d highly recommend you don’t use the supplied NATO, but get some pins and a similar looking NATO off the net.... why? Rolex wanted £160 for a replacement NATO -and they swap the buckle and pins over....

Even if it was £13.50 you still couldn't afford it.

Bagged it for £2350 which equates to approximately 25% discount. Had a quick look on google before I pulled the trigger and it appears that 4/5yo examples are advertised for around that price so hopefully I won’t blow a shedload of cash if it doesn’t work for me.

I was going for the "ignore the troll" tactic but I will give it a plus one as well.

Getting back on topic did we get an answer to the above question.

i bought one of these recently and used the nato on it. it is a lovely watch, not a huge fan of the large tudor logo but otherwise great.
