I am going to go with fake.

The numerals are not quite as crisply executed as they should be. Also, a bi-metal DJ is not a very valuable watch, particularly on the secondary market. No one in their right mind would ice one out.

Most ‘iced’ watches are non-original Rolex as opposed to strictly fake; I had a lot of this when I was looking in the USA.

Have a browse at Miltons Rolex site, they always list the ‘modified’ ones with it clearly indicated what is / is not original Rolex.

FWIW, I just quickly googled 'replica iced out Rolex' and there were plenty of similar timepieces available.

One starts off as a rolex and is modified.
One is completely fake.

It's impossible to tell from those photos but it's very unlikely to be Factory original.
