Hi guys and girls,

I have just put my deposit down on my first nice wristwatch. I am so excited I can't even tell you!

Back to reality though and I've got to think about insurance. I understand I can get it as part of household insurance but this won't be suitable for me currently.

Is anybody able to point me in the direction of providers that would give me a comprehensive but also competitive quote.

Cheers.

You can't post that without more details of what you're getting!

biggrin

well let me see if I can post pictures on here. I'm so excited i can't even tell you.

I'm not a "watch guy" but the watch just felt right on me if that even makes sense.

Here's a link I will post a picture of it when I collect it.

Congratulations. I like the face and the bezel. Not so keen on the bi colour bracelet but it isn't my watch (I cannot afford a Rolex!). Enjoy.

Gorgeous, love these. I went to insure my latest watch but had the same problem with house insurance. Went through the motions with Protect your Bubble but they wanted a reciept, I have no idea where this is but still have box, papers etc, so interested to see how this thread plays out if anyone has any reccomendations

Thank you. I have been saving for years for a nice watch. I normally do not like bimetal. I tried it on and it looked fantastic on. See on in the flesh you may change your mind...

Cheers! I appreciate it wont be to all tastes. It really looks beautiful. I couldn't stop looking at it! I only didn't take it away as need to sort insurance out. The jeweller offered their insurance but I felt it wouldn't be competitive.

I'm sure come Monday morning we will get loads of info!

Firstly, congratulations on your purchase, enjoy the feeling and experience.

At one point I used TH March as a specialist then used money supermarket as a comparison.

Good luck!
