Hi all,
I've had my seiko orange monster for a few years now and have always wanted lusted after a Doxa, the proper orange faced dive watch. I've finally decided to go for it and was going to put an order in for a sub 1500t. Only to get to the order page and find it's sold out. My other options are the sub6000t (don't like the non traditional dial lay out) or the sub1200t. Love the look of the 1200 but I fear it would be too small.
Does anyone else own a doxa and a monster that could share their thoughts on sizing?
A hugely optimistic question, does anyone here own a doxa near Devon that I could see???
Many thanks,
John

Case is 45mm in diameter which is pretty large. But the recessed bezel may make it looked like a smaller watch.
You might want to check https://forums.watchuseek.com/forum.php for information. You might find someone local who has one that you can inspect or maybe buy used.

It sounds big but I found an excellent picture on watchuseek last week,

Shows the Seiko Monster next to a Sub 5000T which is the same case size as the Sub 1500T and they look of a comparable size. This leads me to think the 1200T may be too small.
Fingers crossed this is all unnecessary worry as I phoned Doxa today and they seemed to think there might be more 1500Ts on the way and that they were simply out of stock as opposed to all sold out.
