Hey, guys thanks for the wishes
Been far too long since I've logged in here (have browsed now and then) thanks to feeling permanently exhausted by the time I get home. Hopefully recent events will encourage me to change that!
To anyone I've missed emails from, I'm really sorry but I get so much spam that, if I miss a day checking, the chance of finding any real messages by the time I log on again is next to zero. They often pop up again a few weeks later when I find time to empty my deleted folder.
As far as the heart attack goes, I was lucky - blockage was in my LAD which, apparently, can be really nasty but I've got away with one stent, minimal damage, and a timely reminder to NOT ignore things my body's telling me (tiredness, increasing breathlessness and so on). Would like to pass that advice on to any of you who might experience the same - do NOT just assume it's pressures of work, especially if it doesn't ease up at all when you have time off! Allowed to drive again from tomorrow and starting rehab in the gym on Thursday, so it's all good from here on
I'll be going into work for a couple of weeks with the doors shut and the phone off to give me a chance to catch up - I actually find it pretty relaxing just getting on with the work uninterrupted. That way, when we re-open, there should be less stress all round. I'll also be rearranging work hours to give a little more time for relaxation - hopefully including popping in here more than I have been!
Finally, thanks again for the wishes & the &*^^$%£ haven't got me yet
