Any idea what this may be?

Hi, I have the below watch which has been entrusted to me to keep in the family but I was wondering if anyone may know what it is. It was bought brand new in 1921

At a guess I’d say that the back needs opening so you can see the movement. The case could be any of many.

Looks like it could be a Waltham from the dial but opening up the back will tell you.
