I've just noticed that Breitling have moved the date window on the SuperOcean from the 3 to 6 o'clock position. Mine is just over five years old now.

Did it get moved for aesthetic/facelift reasons or did they change the movement?

And, where do you like yours? Or are you not fussed?

3 o’clock please. I don’t mind the aesthetic of 6 o’clock but that’s not where I look for it.

4/4.30 can go hang though. I hate it at an angle.

No date is my preference.

If it has one then it needs to be discreet as possible and absolutely no cyclops, i think they are the work of the devil!

3 o’clock but I think it’s just I’m used to seeing it on most of my watches.

Six o'clock pleases me for symmetry, but not owning one and having several with the date at 3 o'clock I suspect I'm with others above.

If we're talking fancy, grail watches though, something like these rather floats my boat:

I prefer mine on the dial, anywhere else makes it a real pain to see the date quickly
