Amazing Seiko on EBay

Some bank holiday browsing and saw this....I don't know my Seikos very well, can anyone enlighten me as to why this is so valued?

Seiko 5 was the lowest line but the DX (deluxe) means it's a bit better (or so says google!). I believe that one has had the front face of the case polished, removing some of the nice milling on the original. I picked a regular 5 in the same case last year with the original bracelet for £103, so I think they're trying that price on!
