I have a solar powered radio-controlled G-Shock that I use from time to time, it always works and it always shows the right time. I'd like to get something that works just as well (though could probably forgo the radio aspect) for my wife. It needs to come with a leather strap or be capable of being retrofitted with one.

I've had a look at the Casio website but it's not very informative.

Analogue dial preferred but not essential.

Functionality more important than cost.

Thanks

Seiko have a whole range.
What is it you like about solar powered? Never having to change batteries?

Could look into Citizen Ecodrive as well.

Never realised they (/that range) were solar powered - you wouldn't think so by looking at them. Clever stuff.

Yeah - love those Eco-drives. The dials don't look like they have solar panels on them.
