Planet Ocean GMT or Spring Drive GMT
Discussion
Both interesting movement technologies, but my pick is the Grand Seiko - the finishing will be in a different league, and constantly rewarding.
Plus, whilst I do like the Omega, I’ve personally never been a fan of their protruding Helium Escape Valve (but then again, I also don’t like the date position on the GS).

I will be in the Omega Boutique tomorrow to see the Planet Ocean... If it doesn't feel too massive, I will probably buy it.
My current daily is a Patek which is very slim, so I'd like a contrasting watch. I felt very slightly underwhelmed by the Seiko when I tried it on - despite knowing about the technology and the polishing methods etc - it just didn't quite do it for me. I think the bracelet is a tad too narrow.
1st world issues. Obviously.

The Planet Ocean is a great choice. It is a bit on the chunky side, but it is rated to 600m.
For me the ceramic dial and bezel were the decider, it really is a properly good quality watch.
The GS to me at least doesn’t really do it, the Omega would be a safer purchase.
Gratuitous picture of my PO
