They're available in plenty of places, eBay, Amazon, I think I got my replacements from this place, https://www.tiktox.com/.
They're not cheap for what they are, £5 each, even on eBay.
Put a tiny blob of glue on them so they don't pop out again if you do replace them, they are just a push fit, they don't screw in
