What watch for GPS and heart rate?

I’m looking for something I can use to track heart rate while running / hiking / in gym.

And also that I can track hiking routes / load up hiking apps / mapping apps/ ideally get elevation as well

Is there anything that will do all that? Or do I need a sports watch and load map stuff onto my iPhone?
