I want to get some of the above to polish my old Tag. Seems like the pot of wipes is around £18 on amazing, but you can pick up one for £4.
Just want to know how many I’ll need for one watch. Is one enough? No point in buying the whole tin if they’re not needed.
I have a sachet containing 2 cloths. I cut off a small strip each time I polish a watch. I think these will last me several years at least. Just want to know how many I’ll need for one watch. Is one enough? No point in buying the whole tin if they’re not needed.
I used this on my Rolex Bluesy recently, which is a two tone gold and steel. I used it on the polished gold links after masking surrounding areas off carefully.
It worked really well, you just need a little bit of the cloth to work with I can see my single pack lasting ages. Only use on polished bits. Buff with the actual cloth first. Then buff dry with a good microfiber cloth. Then wash with warm soapy water.
Don't overpolish, especially soft metals.
