Looking for ideas for a black watch and wondering if its worth shelling out for a ceramic?

Love the Speedmaster Dark side, however I already have a Speedmaster 57 and Seamaster so looking for something a little different, and cant justify the £9k they are now retailing at eek.

Dominic at Hackett has had this for some time, so probably get it a little cheaper. Not keen on the strap and maybe a bit busy but it fits the different bill.

Any other ideas? Ideally less than £3k

I saw one of these this week in Seville:

It’s a watch I like anyway but didn’t realise it came in black (PVD not ceramic). Not sure about the hands but ‘spose they stand out more and make it easier to read.

The Bulgari Octo Finissimo in black ceramic is very cool, but costs £13,500.

If you're OK with steel, the Longines Legend Diver in black (that WhisperingWasp mentioned) is very nice. Tudor do the Black Bay Dark and Black Bay Chrono Dark, both of which have PVD coated steel cases.

If you want ceramic, the Chanel J12 is £4675. It's just been revamped with an in-house movement.

IWC offer a number of pilot's watches in black ceramic. The cheapest is probably the basic Top Gun Automatic.

And Omega offer the Seamaster Diver 300M in ceramic.
