What sort of strap would you like?
That’s part of the problem, I don’t really know.I have a Chopard on rubber that I want to swap to leather- I actually decided to buy a Toshi yesterday which I think/hope will work.
Also have a Seamaster that I’d like to try leather rather than bracelet but again not sure what. Finally have a Hamilton Jazzmaster (great name!) which needs a replacement.
Will check some of the other links provided for ideas - thank you - but other than the Seamaster it’s hard to find specific examples.
Hodinkee has one of the best watch strap finders IMO!

Maddog Straps are superb
Stevostraps are great and great value, he will make one entirely to your own spec.

Toshi makes some great leather straps, here is a review I made about them once

Or for rubber straps I'd go with Borealis https://youtu.be/czuAvVPdxCY

Can you get straps fitted over a deployant clasp?
I have a nice watch on an original alligator strap, but that strap is showing signs of wear even on occasional use. I'd quote like to remove it, and fit a strap I don't care that much about to the watch and its buckle, avoiding having to replace the (very pricey) original item should I ever sell the watch...
