I may have......

Bought my first fliger chronograph around 15 years ago, which was followed by a white faced fliger,a spacematic and a vintage marine master.

Great watches smile

What’s the general consensus on Fortis watches? I have a b-42 shown above which I really like, but find it bulky when wearing long sleeved shirts. I like the space connection and the very easy to read dial. The movement is solid but clunky, and it seems to keep good time when I wear it.
I don’t see many references to them in here, hence my question.

Yeah I'm far from a watch-guy but it seems Fortis are just not trending yet, altho with their style and great swiss quality it must only be a question of time?

Don't hold your breath. They've never had the popularity they ought to.

The apparent lack of popularity is one the things that appealed to me. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone else wearing a Fortis.

I have the B42 and love the looks. I bought mine off eBay, used but mint for around £500, I think that is great value for a quality timepiece with Swiss ETA movement. Doubt I will loose any money on it if I sell.

I love thé cosmonaut even more, but mustn’t think buy any more watches
