Erm £4k for a Patek??

If you are confident its real buy it, at that price it doesn’t matter about the model number!!

If that's a genuine Patek, with the complications it appears to have the price should have a couple more zero's on it. The fact that some manual checking and a reverse image search reveals no photos of it anywhere suggests either: It's a piece unique made for someone important (add a third zero) or that it's not a Patek at all.

Several elements look incredibly shoddy and very unPatek like to my eyes. I'd run a mile from it.

All that said I'm a very long way from a Patek expert, I might be way off the mark and discouraging you from a potential gain in the tens of thousands or more.

Perhaps someone who really knows their stuff will be along to offer more info.

I trust the seller, he said he paid £10k new. I just want to check if this sounds reasonable.

Oddly, I can only find fakes on google images of this exact watch.... I cannot for the life of me find the real one. Hence why I asked for the model. Surely the fakers wouldn’t replicate a model that never existed? Thank you!

£10k new? For a fake, sure.

One of the places I looked at is as follows:

https://www.essential-watches.com/Patek-Philippe/A... Allows you to simply click the complication and see reference numbers and pics of all previous models.

I can't see it anywhere, though this doesn't necessarily mean it isn't genuine it seems incredibly unlikely given the info you provided.

Thank you to all! I’ll proceed with CAUTION. Someone might be getting a bent nose...

I know almost nothing about PP, other than if you get offered one with those complications for four grand, it's definitely bent...

I'm confident that is a generic Chinese made auto with open heart but branded PP.

You decided yourself....

If you trust your seller, then I feel very very sorry for them. £10k down the drain.

That’s not a genuine Patek, obviously.

If you trust the seller, ask him for a picture of the case back, that should help you to identify the model??
