Omega Seamaster Rubber strap - alternatives to Omega version
Discussion
When I got my seamaster I got the bracelet and rubber strap.
It was continually on the strap until it started splitting and then worried it would result in a loss, I put it on a bracelet.
I'm wanting to get back onto a strap, but the official one is ridiculous money.
So, I bought a generic version - the problem is that where it meets at the lugs teh strap is straight, and to my eyes doesn't look right.
So, anyone able to recommend an alternative that is not in the £2-300 range? (I have no issue using the bracelet, but thought a change would be nice).

I got a (ahem) 'replica' of the Omega original on ebay for £28 or so delivered. Fits perfectly (it even came with an OEM looking deployant and Omega written on the back.. search ebay for 'NAVY/WHITE 20mm Rubber/Silicone STRAP/BAND OMEGA WATCH SeaMaster PLANET OCEAN') but I did have to buy some curved spring bars on Amazon. Had it for a couple of years now and it's still going strong

I've got one on the way from AliExpress cost £11.
I'll report back when it arrives but I'm guessing it's the same as the ones on eBay for £40. It certainly looks like it is.
Thanks. I'll report back when it arrives but I'm guessing it's the same as the ones on eBay for £40. It certainly looks like it is.
I am keen to get one that has a good fit to the watch rather than straight, which looks unsightly to me.

If you want it you can have it, rather than it sitting in a drawer forever.
That is v kind of you - happy to put some money into a charity of your choice if you are able to send it to me.If you want it you can have it, rather than it sitting in a drawer forever.
PM sent.

This arrived this morning but from the looks of it is slightly too small. If you want it you can have it, rather than it sitting in a drawer forever.
Regardless, donation being made to Air Ambulance.
I will try it in (need removal tool) and if not correct fit, will offer it up to anyone here that may benefit.
