Help me find a strap for IWC Pilot Chrono Spitfire (Bronze)

Hey Folks...
Picked up one of these after I saw it in my jewellers window when collecting another watch for my partner, always fancied a bronze watch so took the plunge. Very happy with it apart from the strap fitment, I just cant get it to place right on my wrist with the standard hole pattern and was hoping to find another leather strap but this time with a clasp so I can fine tune the fitment. Does anyone have any recommendations for a strap that would work on this watch, I am not familiar with aftermarket strap providers so don't know what to look for in respect to quality.
