Buying from watchmaster

Hello all

Possibly a bit of a dim question..

I've seen an omega that I quite like. It seems that watchmaster possibly send some watches out from Berlin. The price on their website should be vat inclusive shouldn't it and I won't get asked to pay vat or any fees when it's delivered should I ? It's not an insignificant amount of money to me so would rather not have a sting in the tail on arrival.
