Parts is the problem for most, and a lot don't like working on them full stop. The best place [not sure how it works out cost-wise now though] is probably https://www.service-uhrwerk-5100.com/overhaul-serv... - for a 'specialist'.

Thanks for the links

I see in the TZ thread, someone had their serviced by Sinn. Mine is an early Bell and Ross, made by Sinn so maybe an option.

I will check the above and revert

I had an L5100 Sinn serviced by Webwatchmaker. It was a quick service and around £350 IIRC.
