1970 Accurist LED digital watch
Discussion
I've been clearing out my dad's place and came across this 1970 Accurist LED digital watch. I remember pinching this and wearing it when he was out. He always knew I'd been touching it
Still in original box with warranty. Face is scratch free but the strap could do with a replacement pin and a clean up. There is a screw in battery cover missing. Not sure if it could be serviceable but I'd like to see if I could get it serviced and working again. I'd like to pass this on to my son.
Appreciate any recommendations of someone that could have a look at it for me.

I’d pop a battery in it and see if it comes to life, screws and pins should be available from any watches repairer, eBay or CousinsUK after a bit of measuring.

Thanks
Never occurred to give it a go myself. Seems logical to see if it will fire up.
