Hi,

I am really interested in the Pelagos btu made the mistake of searching for issues. I read that there was a problem with the lume falling off, has this been solved with the new bezel or is it not a thing at all?

TIA.

Mine hasn’t fallen off yet. Only 5 years so far.
I was on various Tudor fb pages until recently and only saw this issue mentioned twice in about 2 years. So suspect it’s quite rare.

No issue with mine, although I only owned it for 6 months. Absolutely stellar watch so far, I adore mine.

Mine had this issue which Rolex quoted £500 to fix. Put me right off the whole brand if I’m honest.

How old was it, did you fix it?

It was 2 years old and I sold it like it to a mate. He’s had another but fall off since owning though so he’s not impressed either with the ‘tool’ watch.

That’s weird. It’s so infrequent on the various tudor forums.

I’d suggest it’s probably a minority of people who buy a watch then go into post on a brand specific forum.

Just spotted this thread - my first titanium Pelagos lost one of the lume batons from its bezel on the first day I wore it…

Supplying AD was superb, and was shocked when I told them, and they swapped the watch over with no issues when I next dropped in.

I love my Pelagos but I think I spoke too soon when I posted earlier on in the year. About a month ago it just stopped winding. I would fully manual wind it or take it off after having worn it for the day and it would just stop after 10 minutes after taking it off. Happened intermittently at first then started happening fairly regularly.

It's currently back with Tudor getting a new movement. It's only 6 months old which has really shocked me. I've had a few Swiss/German watches now and not one of them has given me any issues until now. I'm not really annoyed about it, just a bit shocked.

Mine has.....
12 o'clock arrow and 9 o'clock bar
I don't hold back with this watch, Its a tool watch so gets worn for everything but still absolutely love it

There’s a lot to be said for good old fashioned alloy bezels after all then. smile
