Rolex 69178 Ladies - Factory Diamond Dial - Sourcing

Hi there, looking to source the above for the good lady for Christmas. Have struggled finding a factory champagne dial with diamond hour markers and with box and papers. There also seems to be a disparity on value between watches that look to be matching. Nearly pressed the button with Hadleigh Royal recently until I read some rather questionable reviews.

If anyone knows someone reliable holding one in stock, that would be appreciated.

Giles Waite in Lymington. I bought Missus Zippy a Bimetal diamond set jobbie from him quite a few years ago now. He does well locally round here.
