Leather watch strap repair

I have a leather strap where the stitching came off. Had a punt at fixing it myself but ended up making the problem worse. Now I have 2 pieces of leather which need to be put back together.

Any recommendations for places which can do this?

It's for an older watch which has a fold over push button clasp which I want to keep but manufacturer only does normal straps now.

I would have thought if it's just a matter of stitching it back together then any local trim shop should be able to do it. Or if you have any saddlers around, they should be able to do it.

I asked a couple of shops and they said it wasn't worth the effort repairing and better off getting a replacement/replica. I'll contact StevoStraps for a replacement, thanks
