Keep thinking of adding a Zenith Defy Classic to the collection as a summer casual watch. A bit different design wise and a bit less ubiquitous than my BB Blue 'Smiley' now everyone is sporting the similar BB58.

However just seen a review of the Doxa SUB 600T that looks like a lot of watch for the money!

https://doxawatches.com//collections/sub-600t

Anyone have any experience of Doxa? Or the Zenith Defy for that matter? How the fit and finish on the Doxa? Bracelet fit/clasp etc? Thinking of getting either with both the bracelet and the rubber strap.

Reviews seem to say the Doxa is thick at 14mm and most of that comes from the case back. The reason i went for the BB ETA over the BB InHouse was the slimmer case (and no fake rivets on the bracelet).

I have a Sub 300T Searambler.
Fit and finish are OK, but pretty functional. It feels like a vintage watch you can trust. BOR bracelet is really good. Nice and chunky but very comfy. Bracelet is probably better finished than the case.

As a not-too-expensive but interesting summer watch the Doxa nails it.
The carbon cased ones look excellent by the way.

Really cool watches and beautifully machined, quite unusual, many varieties and will soon become popular due to affordability and availability.

The bracelet is super comfy. I have the COSC sub 300, I believe that the non COSC varients keep time very well.

Sub 300 Professional here.

I love the BOR bracelet, fits really well and is comfortable. The only slight negative is the securing clasp is a little bit thin but that’s not uncommon in many brands metal bracelets. Overall quality is good, and the unusual case shape and small dial are something you either love or hate.

Not tried a 600T yet, they seem to have a more conventional case shape but they look good from the pictures I have seen.

I’d say definitely try one on before you buy, and try to see the choice of colours in the flesh as they can look very different to on screen images.

I tried hard to buy a aquamarine sub 300 last year.

Cool watches and a bit different.

I like Doxa’s new carbon White Pearl except for price!

How many people pay over £3k for a (carbon) Doxa?

It's very cool. This is an expansion of their carbon range so I guess people are buying them.

I don’t think that’s a bad price.

The original carbon LE was about £5k from memory.

It’s a lovey looking watch.
