Seiko SARG011

I had a Seiko 5 Automatic, which I wore everyday until around 3yrs ago when I had a moment of weakness and bought an Omega Speedmaster.

I love the Speedmaster, but it’s vulnerability around water with no locking buttons is always a worry, and the lack of date window is a pain in the arse, but I’d never found another watch I REALLY liked the look of.

Until I saw the SARG011… Does anyone on here have one and put it through some hard use? Are they worth the £?

Bread and butter Seiko really.

If you like the field watch, explorer type vibe there are lots of choices so maybe worth a browse.

I think what people are willing to pay on these will differ a fair bit.

I've been procrastinating about getting the SARG011 for some time now. Just before Christmas there was one on eBay for I think it was around the £399.00 mark.

I've seen them advertised for £600-700, and for me there are better choices at that price point. For me £500 would be the most i'd be willing to pay. Cool looking watches though to my eye, I like random JDM things.
