I am wondering about a fourth watch. I know that sounds profligate, but probably I won't actually buy anything any time soon. Here's what I have thought so far.

White dial
Blue hands
Not a diver
Dressy but not too formal
Auto/spring drive/maybe handwound
No Roman numerals
No day-date - preferably no date
Not a Nomos or Bremont (already have one of each)

But feel free to ignore most of that and just post something you like that meets one or more.

I guess Stowa will be the obvious answer. I really don't like them, but everyone else does. smile

Yes. Also I quite like the Automatic 40.

I know it has a date but it’s quite well hidden…

Date isn't a deal breaker. I just don't wear a watch every day, and it's another thing to set when I do.

The Fears and Straum are both very nice.

Me too, I suggested the chrono because you get a bit more of a sporty feel with it but still easy to dress up.

GS would be worth a look if you like their designs, I'm not a big fan, but they certainly do a nice blued hand.

Stowa flieger with white face? They do nice blued hands too, perhaps not dressy enough.

That was certainly one of the most appealing chronos I've seen - they're often a bit busy.

I do like a fair few of the GS. And the Spring Drive thing seems jolly clever - and not just for the sake of it.

I'd go Grand Seiko. Yeah, they have date windows and it's usually only the seconds hand that is blue, but just look at them...

That's the SBGA211 'Snowflake' for reference

Farer Stanhope II - a little more value conscious than other suggestions.

That is lovely. And I've had a hankering for a power reserve dial.

Now I have to either save up, or stay well away from any stockists!

Do keep 'em coming though. I like seeing what people come up with - the blue watches thread was most enjoyable.

I have a Dornbluth 99.1 in my small collection. Really nice watch that can do formal and sporty very easily.
