Anyone dealt with these guys? Any feed back much appreciated.

Looking to get a JLC from them but they say it will need to be ordered (6months) and request a 30% deposit. If it was 10%, thats fair enough but I don't feel safe putting down 30% with someone I have never dealt with.

Yes, just bought a Uboat from them. All went fine, but with a much delayed delivery due to customs paperwork that wasn't really their fault.

So the one thing I'd watch out for (pun unintended) is to check whether they actually have it themselves or it's coming from another dealer in their network. If it is then there is a very slim chance of shipping delays. Took mine two weeks instead of 3-4 days due to someone in Italy screwing up the customs paperwork.

Mine was in stock and came within 2 days.
I'd definitely use them again.

I've used them twice, very helpful, great communication via email and also happy to talk on the phone.

I plan on using them whenever I can frankly as they were a pleasure to deal with thumbup

May I ask which specific watch?

Thanks

Beautiful watch, great choice!

Sorry to be nosey but are you using WOM rather than the usual WOS outlets because the former is cheaper?

Thanks

My JLC came from these guys, luckily they had it in stock. Delivery was 2 days from when we did the deal, would have been next day if not for DHL delaying it.

Good price and seamless comms, mainly via WhatsApp which works well for me. Have successfully registered the watch for extended warranty via the JLC website with no issues. Would order again for sure, these guys and Watches World have both been good for me.

For what it's worth the 30% deposit seems standard, I wanted them to order a steel bracelet for my watch (which came on leather) and they wanted 30% and said it's what they do across the board. As it happens I ended up ordering the bracelet via the JLC boutique due to shorter lead time, but the 30% seems consistent (he said at the time it's what they ask for when ordering from a supplier and applies to a new watch too).

I didn't know the Polaris Chrono was waitlist to be honest - seems the revised JLC lineup has definitely boosted popularity!

Popped in and they said that the model/Strap combo (hence the wait) I want is no longer available.

So that's knocked that idea on the head. Will be in HK for October, maybe I'll find something out there. I've already seen plenty of Polaris available from greys, so will enjoy having a stroll around all the shops to make my choice.

Yes, solely down to price. I have no need to play the WOS relationship games (or I guess I would buy from WOS) as I have a Rolex AD I have bought from for over 12 years.
