I am looking to sell one of my watches on eBay for around £4000-5000.

the issue I'm having is finding a courier that can ship to to the authentication centre, as most only cover up to £2500.

I was wondering whether anyone had any recommendations for the best way to ship their watches?

Thanks

Ollie

I'd also be very interested to hear advice on this, also wondering this ties in with the ebay verification process

You can use royal mail special delivery then 3rd party insurance companies for the additional value.

Fedex have a higher value and some other couriers for insurance purposes.

Watches tend to be on most couriers prohibited items list so will be interested to see what is suggested

Are they? I sub for all of the major carriers, and they’re not on my prohibited items list.

My insurance wouldn’t cover a single item of £4000 though, regardless of whether it was a watch or something else.
