How old is this? Not a watch but need to access the PH brain

Apologies as I appreciate this is the watch forum. I did have a look for somewhere more appropriate. I know there are a lot of knowledgeable folk on here, so thought I may get some help.

My Mum has just given me this today, it came from her Mum's best friend and reputedly belonged to her father, so is fairly old.

I am honoured to be the latest custodian and absolutely love it. I am curious as to how old it is, no interest in the value at all.

Hallmarks suggest made by Harrods between 1912-1916, though that's Googled,so subject to error

Sheffield hallmark. Date letter is hard to read but looks like t for 1911. RB is a makers mark. I first thought Roberts and Belk but their mark id R & B.

Further reading. RB is for Richard Burbridge who was MD of Harrods, presumably the makers mark they used.
