Old Arcadia watch - any knowledge here?
Discussion
First time posting in this section, so assume I know nowt and you'll be spot on...
Dad passed away recently and I found this in an old cigar box, in the bottom of a drawer in his study... I suspect it may have been his father's but don't know. Given where it was, I don't think it's been used for 30, maybe 50, years or more but I wound it gently and it works (including the stopwatch).

There's writing on the back stating it's gold-plated ("20 microns", etc.) and a six-figure serial number. Face measures 32-33mm across.
I found a brief comment on Reddit stating that a very similar watch was "1900s mass-production" but haven't turned up anything else.
Anyone know more?
TIA!

Wow, I wish I could find something like that. Sadly, coming from a long line of paupers it is unlikely.
