Looks like an IWC pilot's Chrono Clarkson has a Top gun edition but hard to tell from that still.

Pretty certain it's an IWC. I think the hour hand is obscuring the brand logo.

Yep, it's a IWC Pilot Chronograph Top Gun IW388007 ...
