Good evening All. Please can someone provide me with some advice. I want to sell my Tudor BB GMT. I bought it new and have the box and papers. I have never sold a watch before and was thinking Chrono24 but not sure if this will be the best place? Any recommendations very much welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Doh! Thank you. Clearly the new glasses aren’t helping me much!

The Pistonheads Classifieds has a watch/jewelry section; I've sold a few watches via the classifieds smile

Ebay
Authenticity Guarantee
I recently sold the exact same watch via that route, 80% off fees offer
Sold it for top price
Sent to authenticator. They verify & bared the cost to send it to the buyer
Buyer was delighted.
If they weren’t .., they return to authenticator to verify it’s the exact same watch in same condition before refund. So protection both ways.
Cost me £50 odd to sell & ship a 2.5k watch..

Thanks! I’m a bit on the paranoid side about selling privately so would rather go through a shop or escrow service. No doubt will go for less but just rather avoid any potential hassle.

That’s brilliant thanks! I hadn’t considered eBay as didn’t know they had that service. Was just thinking it’s a likely hassle / scam site I could do without. I’ll look in to that.

I've sold a couple of watches on a visit to Brighton.

Loads of shops there selling used watches.

Make a weekend of it maybe?
