Rolex Service (South West)

My 2002 GMT2 has stopped working (not been serviced since new), I don't want to go via the Rolex service route (cost and I don't want any cosmetic work) so I'm trying to find a recommended service in the South West.
I've emailed a couple who's names (not South West) have been mentioned on here but sending by post (Royal Mail Special Delivery) as they recommend seems risky to me as the insurance cover is limited to £2.5k.

Any help much appreciated.

Watchworks is my stepfathers shop, you won’t find better in the South west and he can be flexible with available times to ensure you can hand over and collect in person.

All of my watches are still ticking so I can personally recommend as well!
