I was working in that there London for most of last week so an early finish on the final day meant that I had time to go and dream about watches…

Watchfinder at Bank has been my go-to for quite a few years now, they’ve always been nothing less than polite to me even when I talked myself out of every possible purchase.

This week they were happy to show me a watch that I’ve lusted after for many years and again, it felt great on the wrist.

Whether because it is near the end of the month or the market is softening (as debated in threads on here) there was a deal to be done that made both parties happy.

Meet my latest wrist ornament!

Still can’t quite believe I actually bought it and proof positive for sales people everywhere that treating dreamers well May eventually result in a sale lol

Looks nice sans fluted bezel and date box.
Ziggy milgauss hand is excellent.

Thanks all. I’m very happy with it, I’ve loved the Green face Milgauss ever since I first saw it so am very happy to now have one of my own.

It’s a 2019 model and came to me with the full set and a spare link too.

Lovely.

My favourite Rolex. Just wish I had bought one about 8 years ago in Schipol airport after a stag do, about £6500 if I remember.

Still kick myself.

I'd have one in a heartbeat!

Love the Milgauss. I’ve been thinking about trading my Air King for one.

Congratulations.

It’s interesting, the air king was a very real possibility too as i really like it, the issue for me is that they’re still not a cheap watch and I like the milgauss more.
I didn’t want to end up in a situation where every time I looked at an air king I wished I’d spent the extra for a Milgauss, hence this time i talked myself into it lol

Can do you one better. Picked up my GV at Schipol in 2013 for 5500 euros. Around £4600 GBP at the time.

Watchfinder definitely track your enquiry records though (no surprise)

If you arrange to view 'a' watch expect to see others you have asked about
