OK it was my fault. I went through a time zone and turned my Rolex day/date backwards, now it changes day & date at 10pm rather than midnight. To be fair it’s well overdue a service anyway so it’s a case of where to take it.

When I last returned it to Rolex UK they charged a lot and kept the watch for 4 months. Subsequently I’ve used Russell Talerman in London who’s an accredited Rolex repairer. He was a bit cheaper and didn’t keep the watch as long. Alternatively I’m currently in the USA and could get it done here.

Any thoughts?

Sorry, I don’t want to post or take my watch to Birmingham. Needs to be London.

In case anyone’s interested I took my watch to the Rolex service centre in St James's Square, London. £800 including VAT for the full service. Apparently they need it for 4 weeks.

That’ll do.
