Watch Wish List
Discussion
What watch sat on your wish list for long enough for it to fall off again?
For me it was the Omega Seamaster 300M. I think I just looked at it for long enough that I got sick of the design, the escape valve, the various bond references, and the non-tapering bracelet.
But I'm also susceptible to new watch launches, especially cheaper, 'fun' watches. I feel like I MUST HAVE IT! And then 6 months later the feeling wears off, and I'm glad I didn't buy it.

Probably the reverse panda Navitimer. It's the watch that got me into watches and I've wanted one for a long time. The more I got into watches, the more my wants changed. I ended up buying a Speedmaster as my first proper watch. I think because I have an iconic chronograph and my interests are ever changing, I've just never looked into buying a Navi. I'm more into enamel dials, colourful dials and less 'obvious' choices. I tend to look at Moser, Glaschutte Original and independents like Vitreum more than I do Breitling, Omega, etc. these days. That said, if I saw one and the watch and price were right, I may still be tempted.
Sinn U1 SDR.
I love the look of them but I already have three divers (Scurfa, Seiko, Grand Seiko). So it’s likely to be a no.
Rolex Explorer
Initially loved the 39mm Explorer but the short hands put me off and I got cold feet (would have been my first expensive watch). Ended up with a couple of JDM Seikos and a GS Snowflake instead. Now have the Explorer back on the wish list.

Tudor Blackbay Chrono was high on my list when it first released and I was on a wait list for it at an AD, not sure if I still am but they never called me and I have seen them freely for sale since, just lost interest.
I was also after a Tudor FXD when it first released but by the time I was offered one I considered it for a few hours and decided not to bother, again freely available now
