Hi all. Decent field watch for £50ish - is that doable? If so, what would you recommend? Thanks.

The lorus Lumibrite is a cute thing which can be had for about £25 from argos so yes definitely do-able!

I got one of the Titanium Lorus field watches for £60 which is an interesting watch for the price. They are a bit dainty though (36mm?).

The steel version is £50 I believe.

Good to know the budget is adequate for such a watch! I’ll have a look at those two suggestions - other ideas greatly received.

I’ve been watching some YouTube videos - I think I’m going to go for a Militado ML05.

On the strength of your post, I got one today to use as a daily for a while in place of the SKX.

bloody nice thing it is too. Much slimmer than the SKX, lighter and easier to read. Strap is super comfy and it's so light I forget i'm wearing it.

£24.99, absolute stonking bargain. Thanks Chap !!.
