Garmin Fenix 8 - HR sensor & update 23.31

Couldnt find a specific Fenix 8 thread... yesterday evening mine did a software update to 23.31.
Waking up this morning ive noticed the HR sensor hasnt been working since, and so consequently its also not tracking my sleep stats and HRV data - and if i go for a run later, i wont get VO2 data etc
Only found one mention on a reddit post which said turning the HR off, then restarting the phone, then turning the HR back on, fixes it. Didnt for me...
Also, when i receive a whatsapp i get the notification on my watch but not the vibration.
I'll call Garmin when they open this morning but wondered if anyone else had this...

Managed to fix it by doing this:
Hold the Menu button (middle left key).
Scroll to and select Watch Settings.
Select System.Scroll to About.
Press the Light button roughly 8 times until a hidden menu or option appears.
Select Reinstall Software.
Maybe that'll help someone
