This seems to come up regularly on here, so some feedback.

My 2 year old Sinn 104 lost it's triangular marker pip off the bezel recently (think it must have rattled off during a gnarly descent on the MTB). I asked the original supplier, Chronomaster, for advice and they put me in touch with TWR watch repairs in Essex who are an official Sinn repairer (along with most major brands including Rolex and Omega).

I dropped them an email an hour ago and, to my great surprise and delight, they have just responded to say they can send me a new pip in the post for £10 inclusive or else fit a new one for £20. That seems incredibly fair and if it represents their general approach to repairs and servicing as well then I recommend them!
