Personally, I'd say neither. It's a classic look, the diver watch rubber. I see you've posted up about this one before...

Personally I've only gone with the these guys http://www.thestrapshop.co.uk/index.html. Very good service, and a nice range. If you definitely want non-rubber, how about a black Nato leather strap?
